The staff at Telhio Credit Union not only wanted a full featured web site with stunning colors and imagery, but they also needed the ability to maintain the pages themselves... and schedule these changes to occur automatically in the future. Based on their needs, we developed a highly customized web content management system with a point-and-click interface that is easy to use yet still very powerful. Features include complete text layout controls (alignment, font, color and size), hyperlinking, tables, uploadable graphics as well as banking-specific functionality including dynamic interest rate displays, historical rate graphs and online rate calculators. And as with any good web site, the Telhio Credit Union pages include a search engine, site map, customer registration (to receive rate change notifications), customer feedback database and unlimited administrator maintainable calendars.

CUBallot.com provides a completely independent resource to handle preparing voting materials, the physical process of running the election via multiple channels, and the independent tabulation of the results.
Authorized client personnel will be provided with summary level reports that indicate how many votes were made for each candidate, the distribution of the votes by method used (paper, telephone, web site) and the distribution of when the votes were recorded. An audit report showing number of votes declined due to voters attempting to vote twice may also be provided, but it will contain only summary level information. No specific members will be identifiable via these reports.

Projectload

Project Load is an Internet application that allows clients to monitor and forecast projects. It includes facilities for breaking projects into phases and activities, assigning the work to individual people, and forecasting the workload for each project, phase, activity, and person in the system. As a project progresses, individuals report time spent on each activity and update the estimates for time remaining and completion dates. All of this information is combined to dynamically reforecast the workload of each individual and automatically flag potential problems. The system accommodates multiple levels of people (such as administrators and project managers), reporting relationships between people, and teaming of people for both reporting and security.
The system is installed and maintained on Internet accessible servers owned and operated by E Space Communications Inc. All client interaction with the system is via standard web browser components. A client requires nothing more than a computer with Internet capability to operate the system. E Space Communications personnel handle all aspects of version upgrades, database configuration, performance tuning, daily backups, and system administration.

Eagle Heating and Cooling Inc.

Like many companies, Eagle Heating and Cooling Inc. needs to manage remote workers. However the office for many of their employees is a work van making repair calls across a 100-mile radius area. Before working with E Space, each serviceman would receive a fax at their home every morning that would include their schedule for the day. Inevitably, changes to that schedule would occur requiring phone calls to be made and schedules changed with paper and pen.
Now with their scheduling website, Eagle can view and maintain each service person's schedule on any browser and easily determine (based on proximity and/or workload) where new jobs should be scheduled. The servicemen now carry BlackBerry devices (http://www.blackberry.com/products/blackberry/index.shtml) with which they can view their "always up-to-date" schedule, display maps, get direction and create/print invoices at the work site.

Sports Ohio ( Field Sports | Soccer First | The Golf Center)

The SportsOhio campus hosts a variety of sporting facilities each with their own website (Field Sports, SoccerFirst and The Golf Center). Each site needed to have timely updates made including standings updates, class listing additions and special event notifications. The staff had time to do this but they didn't want to mess with learning HTML or sending the changes out to the respective website companies. Instead, we were brought in to retrofit their existing sites with a custom content management system to allow the staff to securely edit the sites from any web browser. Now, new pages can be created, images and documents can be uploaded and navigation menus can be modified quickly and easily... keeping the websites fresh with up-to-the-minute information.

ADVENT deSigns/Signs Unlimited

Coordinating signs replacements and new store roll-outs for over 480 Borders book stores can be a challenge... especially if the process involves spreadsheets, faxes, e-mails and phone calls. That's why ADVENT deSigns looked to us to web enable their sign ordering process. Now each Borders store has the ability to order the signs that they need quickly and easily over the web. Orders can be processed quicker, invoices are created automatically and a wide variety of reports can be run by all parties involved.

License-IT is a sophisticated web application used by a client to automate the process of providing products to a continually changing supply chain. The system allows first level customers (often Original Equipment Manufacturers) to purchase products from the client using an on-line purchase order system supporting either invoices or credit card transactions. The first level customers can create downstream customers (often Resellers) and transact business with them by assigning the purchased products from their inventory or recalling them as necessary. The downstream customers can then create and maintain their own inventory and customers and transact business with them.
The system is highly secure and automatically shifts appearance based on the security level of the customer accessing the system and the source of the products. For example, the customer of an OEM who logs into the system will only see those options that are applicable to them and will be presented with logos and text associated with the OEM. Thus for each customer, the system appears to be custom built for their specific use.

The Ohio Gas Association is dedicated to informing member companies of rules, regulations and accepted practices within the gas industry. This organization provides coordination among the various gas utilities involved in the sale and distribution of natural gas in the state of Ohio. Their web site provides a clearing house of information for the participating members, affiliated companies and the public. Some key areas include:

- The mission, schedule and members of the various committees that focus on common issues such as environment and safety.
- Their Emergency Assistance Manual is online. Through a secure automated process, member companies with access can update their portion of the manual via the web site.
- Conference and seminar information
- Important news in the industry, including a special "Hot Topics" section to highlight information.
- Internet links to the web sites of the member companies.
Dyenomite

Targeting bulk purchasers like gymnastics teams, clubs and clothing resellers, dyenomite.com was created to allow a Hilliard, Ohio company to place their large tie dye clothing catalog online. Over 700 clothing items can be browsed by garment type, color, tie dye pattern and search text. And of course, full color images are displayed in thumbnail and full size to let potential customers see exactly what they can order. This database-driven site includes pricing information based on garment quantity, tie dye pattern and garment cost. Back-office functions range from uploading images and setting up new products via an easy-to-use web interface to producing many spreadsheet-ready reports based on the clothing and prices on the site.

e-Choice Solutions, LLC provides mortgages, financial services, and an on-line brokerage for credit union members throughout Ohio. Any credit union in Ohio can partner with them to extend the services they offer to their members.
This site allows e-Choice Solutions administrators to create and maintain rates from a secure control panel. The rates are assembled in databases for tracking and permit members to generate "pop-up" graphs of the rate history, or to sign up to monitor particular rates and receive automatic email notification when a rate the are tracking crosses a particular boundary or when it changes at all.

Healthcare Logistics Solutions

Healthcare Logistics Solutions (HLS) is a healthcare freight management company enabling healthcare providers to take control of their freight costs. We worked closely with HLS to design and implement a system that lets hospitals, pharmacies and clinics sign-up for the program, supply their shipping information and report on their freight costs... all from a simple web interface. For the HLS staff, this signup process no longer involves printed forms and re-entering the information back into their database because the items are all entered by their customers and that same information is replicated back into their back office system.
